How to create a List
To create a list, click on Audiences » Lists » New List.
Then give your List a name.
Once the List has been created, there are two options for adding contacts to the List.
You can import contacts into the List by clicking on the "Import Contacts" button inside the created List.
Through our Contacts list found in the CRM, to add contacts in this way, simply select the contacts you want, click on "Actions" and then click on "Add List".PopularDifference between Lists and Segments
Lists vs. Segments
Lists:
Fixed sets of contacts stored in a database.
Each user belongs to a specific list.
If the same contact is in multiple lists, it counts as a duplicate.
Typically used for distinct subscriber groups (for example, VIP Clients, Leads, Former Clients).
Segments:
Dynamic groups within a list, created based on specific filters and criteria.
Contacts are automatically added or removed as they meet (or no longer meet) the defined criteria.

Custom Fields for Contacts
In Closum you can add custom fields containing any information about a contact.
However, custom fields such as “Name”, “Email “, “Phone Number” and “Birth Date” are already included in our platform and should not be modified.
To configure custom fields, navigate to Settings » Application » Contact. Then, under “Contact Fields”, click on “Configure Fields”.
Click on “Add Fields” and select the Field Type.

Contact Qualification has the different categories of a contact (Subscriber; Lead; Marketing Qualified Lead; Sales Qualified Lead; Opportunity; Customer; Evangelist) with their respective meaning on the left-hand side of the screen.

You can undo a contact import at any time and for any reason. To do this, you need to delete the contacts from that import.
When you do this, only the contacts that were added in the process will be removed, without affecting contacts that were already part of the database previously.
In addition, the data in the fields updated in existing contacts will not be reversed, i.e. any information changed during the import will remain unchanged.

If you want to delete a large number of contacts in one go, we have a feature that allows you to do so quickly and easily.
Important note: Deleting contacts is irreversible. Make sure you want to permanently remove contacts before proceeding.
