To create a list, click on Audiences » Lists » New List.

Then give your List a name.

Once the List has been created, there are two options for adding contacts to the List.

You can import contacts into the List by clicking on the "Import Contacts" button inside the created List.

Through our Contacts list found in the CRM, to add contacts in this way, simply select the contacts you want, click on "Actions" and then click on "Add List".

Go to Settings

WhatsApp Usage Pricing

The total cost per conversation is the sum of the fee charged by Meta and a fixed fee charged by Closum.

Meta charges a fee for 24-hour conversations for companies using WhatsApp Business.

This fee varies depending on the conversation category (Marketing, Utility, Authentication or Service) and the destination country.

You can simulate the cost based on these parameters on Meta’s WhatsApp Business website: https://business.whatsapp.com/products/platform-pricing .

For example, for messages sent to Portugal, Meta charges €0.049 per conversation.

Closum charges a fixed fee of €0.0296 per conversation.
