Email templates

A template is a predefined layout where you can create your campaign. There are several template options available on Closum, but you can also create a personalised template to reflect your brand identity.

In addition, you can add images, logos or recurring content to your template and reuse them in future campaigns, ensuring cohesive and professional communication.

Email campaigns

A campaign is an Email message that you create and send to your contacts. Once you've selected a template, you can build your campaign on that layout.

In the Email editor, you can quickly duplicate, delete and rearrange different blocks of content, making it easy to personalise and optimise your message to achieve better results.
