How to add a form to a newsletter

It is not possible to incorporate forms directly into your newsletter.

However, you can add a link to the form (the form can be on a landing page) in your Email.

This way, when users receive the Email with the link, they will automatically be directed to the form page, where they can fill in the information.

Use a link to an external form (Landing Page)

If you already have a form created on an external platform, you can simply insert a button or a link in your newsletter to direct users to the form.

How to do it:

• In Closum's newsletter editor, select the button option

• Insert the URL of the external form (example: Google Forms, Typeform, Tally or Landing Page)

• Customise the button text (example: ‘Fill in the form’)
