Moloni Integration

Step 1: Access your Moloni account

Step 2: Activate your API

Navigate to Profile & Account » API and Plugins Configuration.

Click on “Activate API” and enter the following Callback URL:

Click on “Update” to save and obtain your Client Secret.

Step 3: Access your Closum account

Go to Settings » Application » Moloni Integration.

Step 4: Add a new Integration

Step 5: Authenticate with your Moloni Account

Step 6: Configure the Options

COMPANY: Select the Moloni company from which you want to import contacts.

AUDIENCE: Choose an existing audience or create a new one. We recommend creating a specific Audience for Moloni.

CONSENTS: Define the communication channels permissions provided by your clients.

Save the configurations and import existing contacts.

Additional Information

Closum will daily check for new contacts in your Moloni account and import them into Closum according to your defined settings. No user intervention is required for new contacts to be imported.
