Landing Page Domains
Publishing your Landing Page on your own costuom domain is an excellent method to help increase your conversion rates. You can achieve this customization by configuring a CNAME record on your domain or subdomain.
Access your Closum Workplace and, i n the left sidebar, click on Settings » Application » Landing Page Domains.
You will found a button similar to the one shown bellow.

Click on the “Add Domain” button and you’ll be directed to a page to add your domain (or subdomain).

Enter your domain and click on “Proceed to validation”.

If you lack technical knowledge about domains, please forward this task to your domain administrator.
When creating a CNAME record, you will likely see a form with at least the following two fields:
Host or Name
Value
In these fields, enter the following:
Host/Name:
Enter @ (The @ symbol in the host or name field means the record is pointed to your own domain. Some DNS editors require the @ symbol, others require the domain itself, and some do not allow entering anything. Each DNS editor is different, and you may need to contact your hosting service provider for information on how to correctly enter this record).
Value:
Enter __cloud-ssl.closum.com__
Here you must create a CNAME record with the following configurations:
Host/Name: _acme-challenge.{domain}
Value: {domain}.[__675f3e00daa7b700.dcv.cloudflare.com__](http://675f3e00daa7b700.dcv.cloudflare.com)
Attention
Check if there is already a CNAME record in your domain’s DNS. There can only be one CNAME record per domain, so if there is already a record, ensure that these changes will not affect the operation of your website or other similar services.
Once you have configurated the CNAME record, you may need to wait a few hours for these records to propagate.
However, return to the Landing Pages Domains configuration.

Then, click on the “**Check Domain**” button until it shows the status “**Valid**” in green.
Using the example of our domain __http://campanhas.closum.com/__ :
A landing page with the URL __https://www.closum.com/campanha/closum/closum-impulsione__ will be rewritten to __http://campanhas.closum.com/closum-impulsione__ .
The global link format for your company becomes: __http://{o/your__ new domain}/{campaign url}.
If you have any questions during the process, you can contact our team via email or through the live chat available on Closum.
