The integration between Closum and On Virtual Gym, allows your gym to have member contacts always available in Closum for sending newsletters and/or SMS.

To initiate the integration, you must go to Closum’s Integrations through the following link, and add a new integration:

https://www.closum.com/workspace/apps/on-virtual-gym 

Step 1: request the following data from OVG

• Username
• Password
• Webservice name
• Club code

If you have multiple clubs, you must configure one integration per club.

Step 2: Fill in the form with the data provided from OVG

After completing the form, click on “Save Settings”.

Additional information:

Closum will daily check for contacts in your On Virtual Gym account and import them into Closum according to your defined settings. 

Members marked as “INACTIVE” on OVG will be removed from Closum as soon as they are marked in this status.

No user intervention is required for new contacts to be imported.
