In your Elementor form settings, navigate to Content » Webhook, and paste the generated URL after creating your Webhook in Closum.
Ensure that the fields are correctly mapped to those in Closum. In the following list you will found the appropriate field names:

In the form’s continuation settings, select the qualification and tags you wish to associate with contacts integrated via webhook.
