Integration with Elementor Wordpress Forms
This guide explains, step by step, how to integrate forms created in Elementor WordPress with Closum. In this way, you can automate data submission, simplify processes, and ensure that all collected information is centralized in a single platform.
How to get the Webhook link in Closum?
To obtain the Webhook link in Closum, follow these steps:
1ª: Go to Settings ➝ Integrations ➝ Webhooks ➝ Configure.
2ª:Click on Create Webhook, assign a name, and select the event you want to monitor, such as new contact or form submission.
3ª:Choose the desired options in the section Send update notifications for and finally click on Create Webhook.
After creating the webhook, the system will automatically generate a URL that you can copy and use in your integrations.
How to integrate webhooks with Elementor WordPress?
1ª:In your form settings in WordPress ➝ Elementor, go to Content ➝ Webhook and paste the URL generated in Closum after creating the webhook.
2ª:Make sure the fields are correctly mapped with those in Closum. Check the table below to see how the form fields should be configured:
Elementor Form Field Names | Closum Mapped Field |
---|---|
name | Name |
mobile | Phone Number |
birth_date | Birth Date |
consent_email | Email Consent, value 0 or 1 |
consent_sms | SMS Consent, value 0 or 1 |
3ª: After the form submission, select the qualification and the tags you want to associate with the contacts integrated via webhook.
Once the webhooks are correctly configured, the data submitted through Elementor forms will be sent directly to Closum. This way, you will have more efficient contact management and be able to optimize your communication and marketing campaigns.
