How to cancel my account

To close your Closum account, follow these steps:

Step 1 - Log in to your account

Step 2 - After logging in, click on Dashboard ‘ Manage Subscription ’ Cancel Subscription

Step 3 - In the last step, you must select whether you really want to cancel your account and plan.

Remember that by cancelling your account, you will lose access to all associated data and features. We recommend that you make a backup of any important information before proceeding with the cancellation.
