Error uploading a contact list

If you've encountered an error when trying to upload a contact list to Closum, there may be different reasons for this.


Here are some possible causes and how to resolve them:


Incorrect file format - Make sure the file is in .CSV format and follows the correct structure.


Incompatible fields - Check that the column names match the template required by Closum.


Mapped fields - Confirm that all the fields in the file have been correctly associated with the Closum fields during the import process.


Missing or incorrect data - Check that all entries are filled in correctly and that there are no invalid characters.


File size exceeded - If the list is too large, try splitting it into smaller files and uploading it again.
