What happens to my data if I cancel my account?

Data privacy and security are a priority.

That's why, after cancelling an account, we guarantee a retention period before permanently deleting the information, allowing users time to recover any important data.

Once the account has been cancelled, all associated data will be permanently deleted after a period of 60 days.

In the case of accounts with the Zero plan, data will be deleted after 120 days of inactivity.

During this period, the account will remain inactive, without access to the stored information, and will then be permanently removed from the system.

If you need to recover any data before it is permanently deleted, we recommend that you do so within the indicated timeframe, as after this period it will not be possible to restore the information.
