The call-to-action button isn't working on my Landing Page
If the call-to-action (CTA) button on your Closum Landing Page isn't working, follow these steps to identify and solve the problem:
Check the Link Configuration
- Make sure the button has a valid link inserted.
- In the Closum editor, edit the button and check that the link is correctly inserted.
- Test the link separately in a browser to check that it works.
If you want to place a button that redirects to a specific area of the Landing Page, you should pay attention to the following.
You must copy the HTML ID of the area you want to direct the contact to, paste it into the button in the "URL" area and put a "#" before the link you copied.
