Integration with On Virtual Gym

The integration between Closum and On Virtual Gym allows your gym to keep member contacts ہمیشہ up to date in Closum, ready for newsletters, SMS, and other messaging.

How to set up the integration

To get started, go to the integrations page in Closum and add the On Virtual Gym integration:

1. Request credentials from On Virtual Gym

Before starting, you will need to request the following credentials from the On Virtual Gym team:

• Username
• Password
• Webservice Name
• Club Code

If you have multiple clubs, you must configure one integration per club.

2. Configure in Closum

Fill in the form with the credentials provided by On Virtual Gym and click "Save Settings".

How synchronization works

Once configured, synchronization runs automatically and does not require any manual intervention.

Closum will:

• Check daily for new contacts in your On Virtual Gym account
• Automatically import those contacts into Closum
• Update existing contact information

Synced data

In addition to the standard contact data, Closum also syncs the following fields:

• Date of Birth
• Last Club Check-in
• Gender
• Status

Additionally, a user-defined tag will be assigned to each imported contact.

Synchronization rules

The synchronization follows these rules:

• Only contacts with a status different from "Inactive" or "Sleeper" are synced
• Contacts marked as "Inactive" or "Sleeper" are not imported
• If a contact changes from active to "Inactive" or "Sleeper", they will be automatically removed from Closum

Important notes

• No manual action is required to import new contacts
• Synchronization is continuous and automatic
• It is recommended to periodically validate the configured credentials with On Virtual Gym
