# Como desenvolver Automações de Aniversário

Uma automação de aniversário é um  **Email** ou **SMS** de marketing automatizado enviado no aniversário de um cliente.

Os e-mails de aniversário precisam ser amigáveis, agradáveis e calorosos .

Para utilizar esta ferramenta, basta acessar ao Menu, na opção "**Automações**" e depois "**Nova Automação** **de Aniversário**".
