How to integrate with Closum

In this article, we show you step by step how to integrate Shopify with Closum.

Step 1: Click on Marketplace » Shopify » Configure Integration » Next.

Step 2: Click on "Grant Access".

Step 3: Log in to Shopify.

In the bottom left-hand corner, click on "Settings" and copy the URL prefix of your shop.

Step 4: Return to Closum and paste the URL into the "Your Store URL in Shopify" column.

Step 5: Go back to Shopify and select "Apps and sales channels".

Select:

• Assigned fulfillment orders - "write_assigned_fulfillment_orders"
• Browsing behavior - "read_customer_events"
• Customers - "write_customers"
• Discounts - "write_discounts"
• Orders - "write_orders"

Next, click on "Save" and then "Install app".

Step 6: Click on "Reveal token once" and copy the token.

Step 7: Click on "Next" and then "OK, thanks".

Step 8: Select the Tag and Template we want to use.

Step 9: Once the selections have been made, click on "Next" and the automation is successfully set up!
