How to develop Drip Automations

The purpose of the Drip Automation is to send automated messages based on specific times or actions by your contacts.

To use this tool, simply go to the Menu, the "Automations" option and then "New Drip Automation".

Your audience nurturing journey can include two channels, Email and SMS, as you can see in the following video.

As shown in the video, there are two types of consent that we can select in order to activate the automation, Express consent and Implied consent. We explain the difference between the two.

Express: Contacts already have an existing relationship with the sender or have already given their consent. Only contacts with Opt-in consent will be selected.

Implied: Contacts were told that they would receive certain information when they provided their data. Contacts with and without Opt-in will be selected.
