How to develop Birthday Automations

A birthday automation is an automated marketing Email or SMS sent on a customer's birthday.

Birthday Emails need to be friendly, pleasant and warm.

To use this tool, simply go to the Menu, the ‘"Automations" option and then "New Birthday Automation".
