How to create SMTP users

Before creating SMTP users, the domain must be created and "validated" with the "SMTP" channel.

To help with validation, you can consult our article, SMTP Domain Validation .

To create users, click on Settings » Application » Domains and click on "Manage Credentials".

Next, you must create a new User and type in the User's name (it must not contain the domain or special characters).

Once the user has been created, click on "Manage Credentials".
