How to create a WhatsApp template

For marketing templates, follow these steps:


Add template:


If you want to include variables or multimedia content (optional), you need to add an example to your template by clicking on the "Add template" button. This helps us to better understand the type of message you want to send during the review and approval process. Make sure that the examples are representative and do not contain real customer data.


Header (optional):


You can add a title or choose a type of multimedia content for the header (image, video or document).


Message body:


Write the text of your message in the selected language. Here you can use formatting (bold, italics, etc.), emojis and variables - ideal for including personalised data such as names, locations or reference numbers. These elements are then filled in automatically via the WhatsApp Business Platform.


Action button (optional):


At the moment, you can only add a single button per message. This button can have two purposes:


  • Call a phone number
  • Visit website
