# How to create a Marketing CRM

### Customer relationship management

**CRM** stands for **Customer Relationship Management.**

In Closum you can add, edit and manage a list of contacts from multiple platforms.

CRM makes it possible to organise and control the entire commercial process, gather all the data in one place, focus the company on the needs of its customers and build customer loyalty, and aims to increase sales.

To use this tool and take your company to success, in the menu, simply go to **Contacts » Leads**.
