# How to cancel my account

To close your Closum account, follow these steps:

**Step 1 **- Log in to your account

**Step 2** - After logging in, click on Dashboard ‘ Manage Subscription ’ Cancel Subscription

**Step 3** - In the last step, you must select whether you really want to cancel your account and plan.

| Remember that by cancelling your account, you will lose access to all associated data and features. We recommend that you make a backup of any important information before proceeding with the cancellation.
