# How to add the Web Version

In this article we explain the step-by-step process for adding a web version to your newsletter.

On the **Design** page, click on the text you want.

Once the text is selected, click on **Insert/edit link**.

Click on **Open site**.

Finally, click on **Web Version** and **Save**.

Note: the web version is not available in the preview and only becomes available when the campaign is sent.
