Introduction to the Dashboard


The Dashboard is a panel that shows important metrics and indicators for achieving objectives and goals in a visual way, making it easier to understand the information generated.



General Statistics - Metrics relating to data from campaigns or landing pages. In this panel you'll find data such as the number of visitors, contacts and conversion rate.


Visitors - Number of visitors who access your Landing Pages.


Contacts - Leads that cause interest in your brand. An example of a lead is a contact who has signed up to one of your company's campaigns or landing pages.


Conversion Rate (%) - Percentage of visitors who leave a contact on a Landing Page.


SMS Credits - Balance available for SMS Marketing.


Subscription Panel - Identifies the current Email Marketing plan, the next renewal date, and information on the consumption and limit available for each feature, according to the plan you have (Contacts, Audiences, Emails, Landing Pages, Automations, Users and Marketplace).


Latest Newsletters - List of email campaigns sent with the number of opens, clicks and date sent.


Latest SMS Campaigns - List of SMS campaigns sent with the number of SMS delivered and time sent.


Recent activity - In this section you'll find the main visits to your landing pages, and statistics on your email campaigns such as opens and clicks on links.
