# Contacts

There are four submenus in this menu:

* List
* Leads
* Add
* Import


### List

This is where you can see a general list of all your contacts.

To access the List, go to **Contacts » List**

If you want to implement a filter, simply select the one you want (AND or OR) and fill in the appropriate parameters: user; sequence, start date, end date.

* **AND logic**
With the "AND" logic, our system includes contacts who fulfil all the selected conditions. When using AND logic, all the conditions must be met by the contact for it to be added.

* **OR logic**
With "OR" conditions, our system will evaluate each condition individually. This means that contacts only need to fulfil one of the conditions included to be added to the audience. The conditions in this case are not dependent on each other.



### Leads

In this field, very similar to the Contacts list, we can see the Leads who have signed up for a campaign run by your company.



### Add

To Add, go to **Contacts » Add**

When you add a contact, you need to provide consent for email and text messages.

### Import

To access the Import, go to **Contacts » Import**

Then download the **contact import template** to make it easier to import contacts.
